Fraud Operations Analyst – Afternoon Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee account activities to detect fraudulent transactions and violations of policy.

• Evaluate transactions and online interactions to uncover and avert fraudulent behavior.

• Track the movement of funds across various channels.

• Assess activities on websites and mobile applications.

• Safeguard accounts to mitigate financial losses.

• Reach out to customers via email or phone to confirm any suspicious activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to verify the authenticity of transactions.

• Partner with stakeholders to address issues related to fraud.

• Keep precise records and data on fraud trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English (C1 level).

• Relevant professional experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or a similar area.

• Capability to understand technical and administrative guidelines.

• Skilled in using multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying and rectifying exceptions.

• Capacity to tackle complex issues independently.

• Availability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 or 17:00 to 1:00 CET, Monday through Friday.

• Comfortable with a remote work environment after the onboarding phase.

• Resume in English required.

• Must adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety regulations.
