Workforce and Finance Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and sustain intricate workforce models in Google Sheets / Excel utilizing nested functions, custom formulas, QUERY, and pivot tables.

• Conduct internal equity assessments and market compensation benchmarking.

• Assist with talent/rewards modifications and promotion cycles.

• Evaluate operational expenses and P&L budget against expense variances across various business units.

• Design, automate, and enhance cross-functional dashboards that track workforce capacity, performance, and contribution trends.

• Convert technical, statistical, and financial data into presentations and briefings suitable for executive audiences.

• Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and Business Unit leadership on strategic initiatives, data projects, and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, workforce planning, financial analysis (FP&A), or compensation analytics.

• High level of expertise in Google Sheets / Excel, including advanced custom and complex formulas, QUERY, pivot tables, and nested logic.

• Working knowledge of SQL for querying, extracting, and manipulating large datasets.

• Practical experience with market benchmarking, internal pay equity assessments, and P&L budget versus expense analysis.

• Outstanding ability to distill technical data into coherent visual narratives and briefings for senior leadership.

• Proficient in English (B2+ or higher) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail with thorough self-auditing practices.

• Flexibility and comfort with shifting contexts in a dynamic, evolving environment.
