Data Analyst, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify and participate in the creation of scalable data tools that enhance the transformation, management, and accessibility of data, thus minimizing the time required to gain insights.

• Develop predictive and forecasting models that promote revenue growth, enhance marketing effectiveness, and improve customer experiences.

• Lead analytics and modeling initiatives that convert organizational data into concise, data-driven recommendations.

• Design and sustain interactive dashboards and reports that align with key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Utilize modern tools and techniques to analyze, visualize, and effectively communicate data trends.

• Collaborate with business teams to facilitate operational enhancements and growth initiatives, establishing measurable outcomes.

• Prepare executive-level summaries and comprehensive analytical reports, featuring clear written insights and visual storytelling.

• Present findings and suggestions to senior leadership, including various options and trade-offs.

• Work alongside Finance and executive stakeholders to assist in regular business review and planning cycles.

• Contribute to additional analytics projects as business needs change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside in Brazil.

• Documentation to confirm location and work eligibility will be required during the hiring process.

• 4–5 years of experience utilizing SQL for data extraction and transformation, and Python for advanced analytics, automation, or modeling.

• Practical experience with forecasting and predictive modeling to facilitate strategic decision-making.

• Familiarity with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery.

• Strong grasp of data modeling principles, including star and snowflake schemas, as well as normalized versus denormalized designs.

• Advanced skills in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, along with best practices for data storytelling.

• Demonstrated ability to manage analytics projects from start to finish—from business requirements through analysis, insights, and executive recommendations.

• Experience delivering quantifiable business impact through analytics, reporting, revenue operations, or similar roles.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (preferred).

• Familiarity with automated data pipelines or reporting automation (preferred).

• Experience supporting executive or board-level reporting (preferred).
