Sales Analytics and Data Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Execute data entry and validation tasks across various financial systems and spreadsheets.

• Provide assistance with general ledger (GL) entries and other accounting support activities as necessary.

• Aid in the monthly closing processes, including reconciliations and the preparation of reports.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel spreadsheets and financial models.

• Perform financial and operational data analysis to uncover trends and inconsistencies.

• Standardize and clean up spreadsheets, reports, and datasets to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee timely and precise financial deliverables.

• Organize and prepare financial reports along with supporting documentation.

• Help maintain precise financial records and ensure files are audit-ready.

• Contribute to process improvements and identify opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency.

• Carry out additional finance and reporting-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or similar roles.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, and financial reporting functions.

• Experience in building, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets and datasets.

• Proficiency in data management, spreadsheets, or reporting tools.

• Knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Familiarity with financial systems, ERP platforms, or accounting software is advantageous.

• Experience in supporting month-end close activities is a plus.
