Data Analyst, Sales, Enablement, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Convert business and program needs into effective data models, scoring methodologies, and reporting solutions.

• Design and oversee essential data models, particularly within the Snowflake environment.

• Create data transformation and pipeline workflows utilizing dbt.

• Acquire, cleanse, integrate, and unify data from various sources to establish a dependable source of truth.

• Develop dynamic reporting solutions, including leaderboards, Power Apps, and other data-driven applications.

• Construct measurement solutions that link operational metrics to strategic business goals.

• Collaborate with program and business teams to grasp requirements and convert intricate scoring rules into functional data products.

• Work alongside technical data teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in designing and managing data models, especially within Snowflake.

• Proficiency in dbt and in creating data transformation, ingestion, and pipeline workflows.

• Capability to consolidate, clean, and unify data from multiple sources.

• Proven experience in translating business rules and program requirements into scoring models, behavioral analytics, and measurement solutions.

• Expertise in developing interactive reporting solutions and overseeing data products from inception to delivery.

• Strong capability to collaborate with business, program, and technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable data solutions.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting sales enablement, growth, incentive, or performance measurement initiatives.

• Preferred: Experience in developing leaderboards, scoring systems, or other interactive measurement tools.

• Preferred: Background in a cross-functional enterprise or consulting environment.

• Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with both technical and business teams.

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
