Sales Analytics & Data Operations Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare and distribute regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports utilizing pre-designed Excel templates and workflows.

• Send out reports via Outlook according to established schedules and verify successful delivery.

• Maintain a reporting schedule and highlight any delays, source-system outages, or inconsistencies.

• Generate ad-hoc reports leveraging knowledge of BMS’ data model.

• Conduct three-way reconciliation processes using Salesforce, Restoration Manager, and Sage Intacct.

• Detect and address missing corresponding records, duplicate accounts, and duplicate contacts across various systems.

• Adjust workflows to accommodate frequently evolving SOPs and changing reporting needs.

• Enhance the quality and volume of outputs from Sales Analytics.

• Identify and rectify deficiencies in Sales Analytics insights while improving team processes and efficiency.

• Impact the daily operations of the Sales Analytics Data Analyst.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or similar positions.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Availability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and intricate formulas.

• Previous experience in data reconciliation or data matching tasks.

• Familiarity with multiple business systems, such as ERP, CRM, or niche-specific platforms.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365: Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.

• Experience with data management, spreadsheets, or reporting tools.

• Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
