This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee workflow capacity and work-in-progress (WIP) across the planning, creative, proofing, production, print purchasing, and data teams.
• Organize campaigns from planning through production phases based on team capacity.
• Ensure job readiness prior to execution to facilitate smooth operations.
• Supervise stage aging and workload allocation to avert production bottlenecks.
• Modify job schedules and sequences when the workload surpasses team capacity.
• Report capacity issues or production risks to Program Managers and Delta-V Leadership.
• Lead campaign kickoff meetings and verify that internal resources are prepared for execution.
• Establish campaign infrastructure, including QR codes and creative templates.
• Oversee creative development and internal review processes.
• Route drafts and revisions among creative, proofing, and production teams.
• Coordinate customer review cycles and direct revision requests to execution teams.
• Progress campaigns through proofing and internal quality control stages.
• Route final artwork through the internal approval and final art review procedures.
• Maintain precise workflow tickets and campaign documentation in operational systems (Mission Control, Gdrive, PageProof, Fibery).
• Ensure documented customer preferences and operational standards are consistently upheld.
• Keep workflow systems and proofing platforms organized and up to date.
• Ensure accurate stage visibility and status reporting.
• Required experience in production operations, marketing operations, campaign coordination, or workflow management.
• Experience in coordinating work across various internal teams.
• Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to track dependencies and deadlines across multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks among planning, creative, proofing, production, and data teams.
• Competence in adhering to defined workflows and escalating issues when work becomes obstructed.
• Comfort in using workflow management or production tracking systems.
• Preferred experience in supporting direct mail, print production, or marketing campaign production.
• Familiarity with creative review cycles, proofing procedures, or revision management.
• Experience with workflow or production management tools (Fibery, PageProof, ClickUp, etc.).
• Background in agency, marketing production, or campaign operations settings.
