Property Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties.

• Address tenant communications, concerns, and lease agreements.

• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams for repairs and services.

• Oversee rent collection, billing, property expenses, and reporting.

• Assist in budgeting, lease preparations, and move-ins/move-outs.

• Maintain property management software, documentation, and tenant databases.

• Generate occupancy, maintenance, expense, and property performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements across all properties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a property management position.

• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and written communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.

• Experience in coordinating with various departments, vendors, and external partners.

• At least a 5th generation Intel i5 processor or its equivalent.

• A minimum of 4.00 GB RAM.

• Windows 10 or Mac OSX operating system; other operating systems like Linux or Unix are not accepted.

• Internet speed of 5.0 MBPS or higher on both primary and backup connections.

• A noise-cancelling headset connected via USB port is required.

• A webcam with a minimum of 3 megapixels capable of 720p recording is necessary.
