Workday Talent and Performance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute essential talent management processes utilizing the Workday platform.

• Develop, set up, and manage performance evaluations, calibration processes, and goal templates within the Workday Talent and Performance module.

• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of performance management cycles with the organizational strategy.

• Assist with integration points and cross-module processes between Talent & Performance, Core HCM, and Core Compensation.

• Diagnose system issues, conduct functional testing, and ensure data integrity throughout performance management workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of comprehensive IT/HR systems experience.

• More than 5 years of practical experience with the Workday Talent and Performance module.

• Demonstrated proficiency in configuring performance reviews, calibrations, and goal templates.

• Strong foundation in Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
