Intake Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients looking for access to the national range of treatment services.

• Determine the most suitable services based on the needs expressed by clients.

• Communicate the value of programs and convert interest into admissions.

• Work in collaboration with Clinical, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to meet client needs and facilitate treatment admissions.

• Oversee leads using sales tracking software.

• Set up clients in financial management software.

• Prepare and send payment agreements.

• Handle payment processing.

• Engage in team meetings.

• Provide support to national sales colleagues as necessary.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for processes and applications related to proposed enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related health field.

• 2-3 years of experience in a professional business setting or health-related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and lead tracking software, specifically Salesforce.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with others and take ownership of actions and decisions.

• Willingness to embrace new ideas and approaches.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Intermediate telephone skills in crisis assessment.

• An Associate's degree or higher in Health Studies or a related field, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
