Real Estate Due Diligence Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform site visits, assessments, inspections, or sampling within your area of expertise.

• Facilitate site access and liaise with property representatives and EBI’s project team.

• Analyze property records, plans, historical data, and supporting documentation.

• Record findings through field notes, photographs, technical analyses, and reports.

• Prepare cost estimates, recommendations, or supporting schedules as necessary.

• Ensure deliverables align with applicable standards, client expectations, and agreed timelines.

• Address technical review feedback.

• Collaborate with EBI’s internal professionals to complete assignments.

• Assist with real estate due diligence and related services across individual properties and national portfolios.

• Assess multifamily, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, vacant land, and other types of real estate assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience performing one or more of the outlined services.

• Familiarity with standards, assessment methods, and reporting requirements relevant to the specialty.

• Strong technical judgment.

• High attention to detail.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Capability to manage assignments independently.

• Ability to maintain responsive communication throughout a project.

• Necessary professional licenses, certifications, or qualifications for services that require them.

• Experience with lender, investor, or agency-specific scopes is preferred.

• Resume or qualifications summary detailing service specialties, relevant project experience, professional credentials, geographic coverage, and availability.
