Workday Integrations Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the lead Workday Integrations analyst for Cloudera

• Collaborate with a growing team of functional analysts for support

• Design and maintain new integrations utilizing Workday tools

• Oversee, support, and sustain existing integrations

• Guarantee data integrity across integrated platforms

• Develop and execute testing plans while resolving integration challenges

• Keep thorough documentation for all integration processes

• Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to gather integration requirements

• Suggest and implement enhancements to current integrations and architecture

• Provide support to HR partners on a global scale

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday systems integration and business systems analysis

• Workday Pro Certification is advantageous

• Knowledge of Workday Integration Business Processes

• Familiarity with Workday Recruiting Workflow

• Proficient in XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and web service technologies

• Expertise in supporting connectors, including but not limited to HCM, Third Party Payroll, and Benefits

• Experience with Workday Studio is a significant plus

• Demonstrated skills in data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work independently
