Workday Integrations Consultant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as part of a team of expert integration consultants on Workday HCM initiatives

• Ensure effective delivery of integration solutions for the cloud-based Workday HCM platform

• Partner closely with clients on the integrations workstream

• Define, gather requirements, document, implement, deploy, and support integration solutions

• Utilize the Workday integration platform toolset

• Develop client relationships and comprehend integration requirements

• Ensure solutions are tailored to client needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable

• Mentor, develop, and educate others within the Workday practice regarding integrations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English

• Skilled in XML, XPath, and XSLT

• Familiarity with an object-oriented programming language, preferably J2EE

• Experience in designing workflows to address business and technical challenges

• Strong understanding of cloud computing and web services

• Insight into integration challenges

• Exceptional customer focus with the ability to assess client needs, build relationships, and manage expectations

• Strong communication and formal presentation skills for senior client audiences

• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics

• Comprehensive understanding of business and technology

• Awareness of industry trends related to HR and HR technology

• Workday HCM certification or experience with similar HCM/ERP systems is an advantage

• Proficiency in additional middleware/integration platforms is a plus
