Consultant, Global Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, oversee, and provide support for both qualitative and quantitative market research initiatives.

• Perform market analyses, desk research, and competitive assessments.

• Develop questionnaires, interview guides, and research briefings.

• Analyze and interpret data related to markets, customers, and consumers.

• Execute segmentation studies, customer satisfaction evaluations, player behavior analyses, product testing, and competitive reviews.

• Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries.

• Document findings from research activities.

• Contribute to the creation of reusable research frameworks, databases, and platforms for knowledge sharing throughout the Group.

• Assist in the coordination of international market research projects.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external market research firms, and international teams.

• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and agreed-upon project deliverables are monitored.

• Further enhance research methods, standards, and templates.

• Support stakeholder workshops and business development efforts, along with cross-functional knowledge transfer and the application of insights acquired.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of professional experience in market research, consumer or customer insights, competitive intelligence, business analytics, or strategic research.

• Proficiency in conducting and supporting market research initiatives.

• Experience in data analysis and formulating actionable recommendations based on insights.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Structured approach to problem-solving.

• Experience collaborating with international markets and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent command of both German and English.

• Familiarity with the gaming industry, especially online gaming, is a plus.
