Senior Consultant, Global Market Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Continuously enhance the market research framework across the Group.

• Create methodologies, quality benchmarks, operational models, and governance standards.

• Provide strategic advice to business units regarding market potential, growth opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, customer insights, competitive trends, product strategies, and strategic investments.

• Contribute specialized knowledge in market, customer, consumer, product, brand, and organizational intelligence.

• Simplify complex research results into clear and actionable recommendations.

• Further advance the global market research portfolio.

• Develop make-or-buy partnership strategies.

• Oversee collaboration with market research institutes and external partners.

• Ensure the effective allocation of market research budgets.

• Create reusable research frameworks, templates, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration and the sharing of insights acquired.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business administration, statistics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in global market research, customer or consumer insights, competitive intelligence, business analytics, or strategic consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex international market research initiatives.

• Experience in establishing or further developing research, insights, or intelligence functions.

• Extensive experience working with senior stakeholders, diverse business units, and international teams.

• Proficient in both German and English (minimum B2 level).

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Knowledge of the gaming industry, especially online gaming, is a plus.
