Workday Integration Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, modify, test, and implement integrations utilizing Workday Studio.

• Create and maintain integrations using EIBs, APIs, Cloud Connectors, XML, and XSLT.

• Oversee daily integration activities, diagnose errors, and conduct root-cause analysis.

• Manage and enhance existing Workday and UKG/Kronos integrations.

• Assist in integrations during development, testing, deployment, go-live, and production support phases.

• Collaborate with HRIS, HR, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and devise integration solutions.

• Facilitate future integration projects employing Workday Orchestrate.

• Provide backup administration and security support for the Workday HCM system as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Workday HCM/integration.

• Strong practical experience in Workday Studio development is essential.

• Proficient in EIBs, APIs/web services, XML, XSLT, and Cloud Connectors.

• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Workday integrations within a production setting.

• Familiarity with UKG/Kronos is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

• Preferred experience or exposure to Workday Orchestrate.

• Preferred experience in Workday HCM system administration and security.

• Workday Pro Certification in Integrations and/or Studio is preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
