Workday Financials Consultant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as a principal consultant responsible for implementing and configuring Workday solutions for global clients.

• Serve as an authority in a selected Workday specialist capability or capabilities.

• Manage client relationships while designing and delivering solutions that are tailored to customer requirements, purpose-driven, and commercially viable.

• Offer consulting and guidance by comprehending customers’ business needs.

• Mentor and support team members in the relevant area of expertise.

• Provide thought leadership and foster innovation.

• Enhance and cultivate specialist knowledge within Kainos and the wider Workday community.

• Create and deliver products, services, and offerings that set Kainos apart in the marketplace.

• Identify and nurture talent for rapid development within the specialty.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German.

• Extensive understanding of Workday products, specifically in Financials or Payroll, along with specialist expertise.

• Being a Product Lead within the Workday ecosystem is preferred but not essential.

• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to evaluate customer needs, establish relationships, manage expectations, intervene effectively, and resolve escalated issues.

• Exceptional consulting abilities, including facilitating large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and communicating confidently with senior executives.

• Commercial awareness of utilization within a service organization and the significance of these targets.

• Professional qualifications, where relevant, are advantageous.

• Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
