This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create realistic, multi-step finance and business process prompts that reflect true industry workflows.

• Develop comprehensive, objective rubrics to evaluate AI-generated outputs.

• Analyze and assess AI agent responses utilizing the established rubrics.

• Offer structured, actionable feedback based on evaluations.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to design and review tasks.

• Clearly and precisely document assessments and feedback in written English.

• Collaborate asynchronously with project coordinators to define deliverable standards and expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A professional background in finance, accounting, FP&A, banking, consulting, or similar fields.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, for analytical and documentation tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex financial concepts.

• Proven attention to detail and consistency in adhering to comprehensive evaluation guidelines.

• Ability to independently generate objective, structured assessments based on well-defined criteria.

• Experience in rubric development, data annotation, or AI model evaluation projects is a plus.

• Proficient written English skills for clear and precise documentation.
