Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct financial and management analyses.

• Analyze, interpret, and reclassify balance sheets and financial statements.

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and monthly closing processes.

• Generate management reports and perform financial analyses.

• Offer support to the CFO and Controllership.

• Oversee multiple clients at the same time.

• Collaborate with organizations in Brazil and the United States on accounting, legal, and consulting services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• Advanced proficiency in English, utilized daily and evaluated during the hiring process.

• Familiarity with BR GAAP (Brazilian accounting standards).

• Experience in reading, interpreting, and reclassifying balance sheets and financial statements for financial and management analysis.

• Background in financial processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, cash flow, and monthly closing.

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Analytical and organized, capable of effectively handling diverse financial and accounting information.

• Previous experience in Accounting, especially related to closing processes, trial balances, balance sheet account analysis, or financial statements (Nice to Have).

• Experience in Financial BPO or Accounting BPO (Nice to Have).

• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously (Nice to Have).

• Experience in preparing management reports, conducting financial analyses, or supporting the CFO/Controllership (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Domínio, NetSuite, Omie, Conta Azul, or similar platforms (Nice to Have).

• Knowledge of US GAAP or experience working with international companies (Nice to Have).
