This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Develop, enhance, and sustain models for revenue and churn forecasting.
• Modify forecasting models in response to market dynamics, business requirements, and changing data patterns.
• Refine forecasting methodologies to boost precision and predictability.
• Execute variance analysis comparing forecasts against actual outcomes and provide actionable insights.
• Consolidate data from Salesforce, Redshift, Tableau, and various other sources.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to collect, validate, and synchronize data.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and underlying causes.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports that monitor GTM KPIs, sales performance, revenue trends, and cost trends.
• Deliver critical insights, forecasts, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting, goal-setting, and revenue growth strategies through data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and integrity throughout reporting and analytics.
• Discover opportunities to optimize reporting, automate workflows, and enhance analytical efficiency.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in forecasting methodologies, reporting best practices, and analytics tools.
• 2–4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Analytics, Sales Forecasting, or Sales Performance & Reporting, preferably within a SaaS context.
• Practical experience with sales forecasting, financial modeling, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and revenue reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and data warehousing tools like Redshift is preferred.
• Strong SQL abilities for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable functioning in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• Must be available to work during US business hours, 9am–5pm ET or PT.
