Workday Analyst, HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete configuration of Workday HCM modules, which includes business processes, security, organizations, and calculated fields.

• Oversee bi-annual Workday releases, managing the process from prototyping to deployment.

• Develop and sustain reporting suites, including reports for board-level review.

• Deliver actionable insights to P&C, Finance, and business leaders.

• Ensure data quality through regular audits and proactive gap analysis.

• Utilize Workday tools to provide guidance and support to users.

• Foster knowledge sharing within the Workday team.

• Keep thorough documentation and advocate for best practices.

• Collaborate closely with the Workday team, P&C, and Finance departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Workday professional.

• Strong hands-on experience in configuring Workday HCM across various modules.

• Familiarity with business processes, security measures, and calculated fields.

• Ideally, experience in payroll, time tracking, and absence management, though not mandatory.

• Proficient in building advanced and matrix reports and dashboards.

• Experience presenting data at the board level.

• A meticulous, audit-oriented approach to ensuring data integrity.

• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders in P&C and Finance.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical details.
