Workday Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily support for HR technology solutions specifically related to Workday.

• Assist with the Workday HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, and Time Off modules.

• Investigate and resolve issues, unexpected outcomes, and process deficiencies.

• Act as a consultative partner in HR Technology for HR/Payroll teams across EMEA/APAC.

• Detect and analyze system issues and defects, providing resolutions or suggestions.

• Adhere to Workday best practices, development standards, guidelines, SOPs, and industry standards.

• Develop test scenarios and scripts for quality assurance.

• Conduct system testing and facilitate user testing and acceptance processes.

• Deliver solutions by deadlines while maintaining SOP documentation and processes.

• Elevate issues to the Global HR Technology team as necessary.

• Create user procedures, guidelines, and documentation in collaboration with internal resources.

• Educate and train internal clients on new Time Off and Absence processes and functionalities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position utilizing the Workday HRIS system.

• Prior configuration experience with Workday is an advantage.

• Knowledge or experience in payroll is a beneficial asset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong business acumen within a technical setting.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• High attention to detail and adept problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks and provide prompt follow-up and solutions.

• Competence in functioning effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented global environment while managing multiple projects.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
