Planning and Performance Analyst – Supply Photos

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify operational opportunities and pinpoint bottlenecks within the supply photos funnel, prioritizing initiatives according to their potential impact (size of the prize).

• Create automated operational workflows and tools through short delivery cycles, minimizing manual bottlenecks and enhancing team autonomy.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (P&T, Inside Sales, Data Engineering, and BPO partners) to ensure alignment and success of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in advanced SQL for extracting, manipulating, and sanitizing extensive data and large operational datasets.

• Strong analytical capabilities for dissecting results, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of performance across operations, marketplaces, or field operations.

• Practical experience with generative Artificial Intelligence tools (prompts/LLMs) applied in everyday tasks.

• Knowledge of programming in Python for developing and utilizing automations and scripts in production settings, as well as RESTful API integration (a plus).

• Experience in managing and engaging with outsourced partner operations (BPOs), external business partners, or Salesforce (a plus).
