Planning and Performance Analyst 2 – Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of new cities by tracking performance metrics, including supply expansion and demand creation and conversion.

• Create analyses and diagnostics to pinpoint opportunities, risks, and avenues for growth.

• Convert analyses into actionable strategies to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Generate dashboards and executive reports for leadership oversight.

• Suggest, monitor, and compute variable compensation metrics.

• Collaborate with various teams to implement and assess strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.

• Experience in data analysis and the establishment of business metrics.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).

• Proactive in recognizing issues, formulating hypotheses, and providing clear, actionable insights.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Preferred: experience in technology companies or marketplaces.

• Preferred: background in commercial planning, business operations (BizOps), or sales funnel analysis.

• Preferred: knowledge of Python for data analysis.
