Real Estate Credit Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess and suggest the most suitable credit options tailored to each client’s profile.

• Review documentation submitted by the customer service team, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

• Input and submit data and documents via financial institutions’ platforms.

• Maintain updated processes in internal systems and provide technical support to the customer service team as needed.

• Oversee the customer’s experience with banks, ensuring a seamless process and advocating for increased efficiency from BPOs or representatives when required.

• Submit appeals to assist with credit defense or legal assessments.

• Ensure that all involved parties receive the appropriate payments at the conclusion of the process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress.

• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in real estate credit.

• Familiarity with real estate credit platforms from banks such as Itaú, Santander, Bradesco, and/or Caixa Econômica Federal.

• In-depth understanding of FGTS regulations and rules related to real estate financing.

• Necessary certifications: CA-300, CA-600, or ANEPS; LGPD; and PLDFT.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with a sense of urgency and dedication.

• Strong time management skills and a results-driven approach.

• Proactive individual, consistently focused on improvements and enhancing the customer experience.
