Workday AMS Leader – Senior Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee Huron's Workday Application Managed Services from start to finish.

• Manage teams that support over 50 clients in sectors such as higher education, research, nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, investment, and professional services.

• Establish quality delivery standards for both clients and team members.

• Guarantee the successful handling of more than 1,400 cases each year, with contributions from over 140 consultants.

• Supervise post-production improvements, release management, resolution of functional and technical issues, and application optimization.

• Propel business development, AMS initiatives, cross-selling opportunities, and revenue growth.

• Facilitate the advancement of statements of work, pricing models, scope assumptions, renewals, and the development of AMS offerings.

• Cultivate talent and leadership capabilities through coaching, team development, and leading by example.

• Manage AMS staffing, skill sets, capacity, and recruitment in alignment with client and portfolio requirements.

• Oversee operational systems, reporting, and AMS-specific processes utilizing ServiceNow, UET, Salesforce, and Workday.

• Enhance the AMS methodology, operating model, and scalable delivery practices.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives related to AI enablement, automation, delivery efficiency, and margin enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Adequate experience or qualifications to lead the Workday Application Managed Services (AMS) business and delivery.

• Capability to direct teams serving more than 50 clients across various industries.

• Proficiency in post-production Workday services, including enhancements, release management, resolution of functional and technical issues, and application optimization.

• Experience in business development, AMS initiatives, cross-selling, revenue growth, statements of work, pricing structures, scope assumptions, renewals, and offering development.

• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, team development, staffing, skill assessment, capacity management, and recruitment.

• Experience overseeing operational systems, reporting, and AMS processes across ServiceNow, UET, Salesforce, and Workday.

• Ability to lead initiatives focused on AI enablement, automation, delivery efficiency, and margin improvement.
