This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations, configuration, and support of the Workday system.
• Execute routine configuration modifications, which include updating business processes, assigning security roles, and creating reports/dashboards.
• Track and resolve daily system issues, EIB errors, and integration failures; escalate complex architectural problems as necessary.
• Administer system security, covering role-based access, segregation of duties, and periodic access audits.
• Assist with bi-annual Workday release testing, regression testing, and documentation of new features.
• Design and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports along with calculated fields for HR and Payroll reporting.
• Process and audit EIB data loads for large-scale changes, new hire batches, organizational restructuring, and compensation updates.
• Offer first-line support to end users and HRBPs, addressing Workday functionality tickets.
• Keep configuration documentation, business process maps, and standard operating procedures up to date.
• Facilitate open enrollment, compensation review cycles, and other seasonal HR processes within Workday.
• Collaborate with the Workday Architect on testing and implementing larger configuration or integration changes.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Workforce Systems & Payroll.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of practical Workday administration experience.
• Strong understanding of the Workday business process framework, security groups, and report writing.
• Familiarity with EIB loads, calculated fields, and basic troubleshooting of integration issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive HR/payroll data comfortably.
• Capacity to manage multiple support tickets and configuration requests concurrently.
• Workday Pro certification is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. Citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).
• Must be eligible to acquire any necessary export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
• Occasional annual travel for team events, ranging from 5% to 10%.
