Work Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Maintain excellent public relations and foster a positive image for the company.

• Collaborate with property owners and utility clients.

• Establish necessary connections with representatives of utility customers.

• Ensure that projects adhere to timelines.

• Uphold compliance with established safety policies and procedures.

• Partner with Management to ensure work is appropriately mapped and scheduled.

• Secure all required permissions promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be self-motivated, punctual, and dependable.

• Possess strong communication, customer service, time management, and organizational skills.

• Preferred: familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and the Android mobile platform.

• Experience with GIS or other mapping software is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Must successfully pass a Winnipeg Police Service Reliability Screening.

• A current Class 5 or 5i driver's license is required; a Class 3 license is considered an asset.

• Ability to work 45 hours per week, with overtime as needed.

• Willingness to travel for up to 5 days at a time based on work demands.

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.

• Capability to work outdoors in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions.

• Physical ability to walk on uneven terrain and lift 75 lbs.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain First Aid and WHMIS certifications.

• Ability to acquire and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.

• Successful completion of a post-offer physical, drug screening, criminal background check, and motor vehicle abstract is required.
