This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Assist customers by providing clinical information regarding company products, educational resources, and clinical training initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers to identify needs, educate stakeholders, and achieve outcomes that align with company objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers within the designated Western Iowa region.
• Engage with healthcare providers, organizations, clinics, hospitals, health departments, universities, and various healthcare facilities.
• Work alongside Women’s Health Account Executives, Payer Account Executives, National Account Executives, Government Affairs Executives, and team members across the organization.
• Present balanced product sales pitches in accordance with product labeling and recommendations from professional societies.
• Supply accurate technical and clinical product information to facilitate proper utilization.
• Discuss managed care and reimbursement environments.
• Establish and nurture customer partnerships.
• Provide management with updates on customer needs, feedback, market dynamics, and progress towards quality goals.
• Navigate complex account interdependencies and develop strategic account plans.
• Conduct product in-services and regular business reviews for accounts.
• Monitor business performance, competitive activities, and market trends utilizing company tools.
• Create and implement territory and account business plans.
• Maintain knowledge of products and the ecosystem, ensuring certification is up to date.
• Accurately complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Serve as the primary contact within select accounts, understanding their structures and patient needs, identifying business opportunities, and providing support to stakeholders.
• Facilitate procurement pathways such as Buy and Bill, Assignment of Benefits, and 340B.
• Align customer strategies with the extended customer team.
• BA/BS degree with a minimum of two years of sales experience OR over six years of equivalent experience.
• Equivalent experience may encompass professional sales, healthcare/scientific roles, professional marketing, or military service.
• Proven excellence in current or past professional positions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Capacity to analyze metrics to evaluate progress towards objectives.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Willingness to fulfill credentialing requirements for in-person access to accounts.
• Residency in the Western Iowa area is required.
• Open to US and PR residents only.
• No visa sponsorship provided.
• Must meet applicable travel and credentialing standards, including any required vaccinations.
• Preferred: BA/BS degree with a minimum of six years of sales experience OR over ten years of equivalent experience, including at least four years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors.
• Preferred: Prior experience in sales, account management, consultative roles, or customer service.
• Preferred: Experience with Buy and Bill processes.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the women's health industry.
