This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Hatchery Inovo Process for Zoetis within a designated area encompassing 3–5 hatcheries.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on assigned Biodevices.

• Provide electrical and mechanical assistance, including emergency repairs at customer sites.

• Interpret and adhere to electrical schematics.

• Engage in after-hours territory support and repairs.

• Act as the Zoetis Field Service Technician, facilitating communication with assigned hatcheries.

• Complete necessary reporting forms and procedures, which include scheduling visits, customer site contacts, prioritizing parts usage, managing site carts, maintaining the certification program, as well as vehicle and equipment upkeep.

• Oversee the Zoetis Operator Training Program for over 25 customer employees.

• Assist in the preparation of vaccines and sanitation for all Zoetis Devices.

• Support and conduct the Zoetis Process Evaluation Program.

• Gather and report crucial information using the Zoetis FieldAware System.

• Adhere to all safety and precautionary protocols.

• Maintain regular communication with the supervisor.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in Electro/Mechanical Systems or a related field, and/or a bachelor’s degree in poultry science or a comparable discipline from an accredited institution.

• Experience may be accepted in lieu of educational qualifications.

• Typically requires 1–5 years of relevant experience.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and initiative.

• Effective communication skills for interaction with various levels of customer management.

• Basic computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Capability to participate in after-hours support and repairs within the territory.

• Willingness to work outside regular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift over 25 pounds.

• Willingness to travel overnight periodically.

• Must have or be able to obtain authorization to work in the US for Zoetis.
