Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver ABA services, supervision, and parent training to children with Autism, IDD, and their families.

• Perform initial assessments and reassessments utilizing VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and other relevant tools.

• Develop and revise behavioral programs to cater to the needs of learners.

• Oversee and instruct ABA technicians.

• Execute, demonstrate, and supervise individualized behavior support and skill plans alongside ABA technicians.

• Assess the fidelity of behavioral goal implementation.

• Provide clinical oversight for behavioral intervention strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

• At least 3 months of relevant experience.

• Active Georgia LBA or a willingness to apply for the Georgia LBA certification.

• Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training course.

• Experience with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

• Access to reliable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, headphones, laptop, phone, etc.).

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Capability to function effectively as a member of a treatment team.
