Wix Website & Content Management VA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Update and adjust pages within the Wix platform

• Create or replicate pages utilizing existing templates

• Alter text, images, buttons, and other page components

• Rearrange and resize elements through Wix's drag-and-drop feature

• Link buttons to the corresponding internal pages

• Uphold existing brand colors, fonts, layout style, visual consistency, and page structure

• Review pages in both desktop and mobile formats

• Ensure content is properly aligned, readable, and visually appealing

• Adhere to screenshots, written guidelines, and existing pages as design references

• Utilize provided content and instructions to implement requested modifications

• Possibly assist with simple Wix newsletter/content publishing tasks

• Perform basic quality checks prior to submitting finished work

• Seek clarification before proceeding when instructions are ambiguous

• Update the homepage to reflect the client's broader Emotional Wellness Coach focus

• Create clear pathways to the Mind-Body Connection and Parenting / Parenting Teens sections

• Showcase approximately 11 existing workshops through the website while preserving current payment functionality

• Pause, request clarification, provide samples or progress updates, and await confirmation when necessary

• Complete a practical website-related assessment

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Wix or a similar website builder

• Strong grasp of basic web layout and visual presentation principles

• Proficient with drag-and-drop website editing tools

• Keen attention to spacing, alignment, sizing, and readability

• Understanding of responsive/mobile website layouts

• Basic content management experience

• Capability to adhere to existing design patterns instead of introducing unrelated designs

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to accurately follow step-by-step instructions

• Comfortable using screenshots and AI tools like ChatGPT to evaluate visual layouts

• No coding or programming expertise is necessary

• Proficiency or familiarity with Wix, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT or similar AI tools

• Candidates should ideally have some overlap with the client's Pacific Time (PT) working hours

• Completion of a practical assessment is required before engagement

• Must provide an estimate of assessment duration and accurately report the actual time spent
