This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to take charge of achieving noticeable outcomes.
• Select a focus area between Content & Psychoeducation, Marketing, or a balanced combination of both.
• Conduct research on current scientific findings, studies, guidelines, and models.
• Create well-researched, accessible, and practical blog articles.
• Develop engaging Instagram captions, carousel posts, as well as Story and Reel concepts.
• Design and pedagogically prepare materials for prevention courses.
• Prepare for ZPP certification and review content for scientific relevance.
• Assist in the public relations and marketing efforts for the ZPP course from conception to evaluation.
• Analyze market positioning through the lenses of communications, consumer behavior, and advertising psychology.
• Plan marketing campaigns, manage social media channels, and interact with the community.
• Enhance website copy, research keywords, and optimize landing pages.
• Analyze and address the needs, barriers, and motivations of family members of individuals with mental health issues.
• Test messaging, formats, and landing page content, and assess the outcomes.
• Optional: Oversee an online course, conduct market research, establish partnerships and networks, write newsletters, analyze data, or implement your own mission-oriented project.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, ideally nearing completion of a bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a master’s program.
• A minimum of 300 total internship hours.
• Highly independent with a structured working approach.
• Genuine interest in resilience and supporting relatives of individuals with mental health challenges.
• Strong research capabilities and a passion for writing.
• Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
• Commitment, creativity, empathy, and a spirit of teamwork.
• Initial experience or a keen interest in content creation, campaigns, or market research.

• Minimum of 300 hours, 20–30 hours per week, fully remote with flexible working hours.
• Significant ownership and measurable impact on mental health initiatives.
• In-depth exposure to psychoeducation and digital marketing for social causes.
• Certificate upon completion of the internship.
