Winter Co-op – Field Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide first-line responses to inquiries regarding analytic tools utilized by field teams.

• Collaborate with various teams to identify solutions and/or escalation procedures.

• Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

• Support the maintenance of accurate and current analytic tools that deliver insights to field teams.

• Bridge the insights and strategies of the home office team with the requirements of the Sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Sales, Business, Business Analytics, General Business, or Analytics; these fields are the most pertinent.

• Availability for full-time work, 35–40 hours per week, during the 6-month assignment from January to July 2027.

• Must maintain active student status and/or be within 12 months of graduation from a BS or MS degree program.

• Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible for this position.

• Exceptional communication skills across various business domains and organizational levels.

• Capability to convey technical information in simple and understandable terms.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Python/SQL for analyzing large datasets.

• Effective problem-solving abilities.

• Must successfully complete a drug screening and background check prior to the intended start date.

• Must finish and pass the GSK Digital Assessment.

• Temporary employee of Atrium assigned to GSK.
