Strategy and Operations Associate – Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Support research, analysis, planning, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Perform comprehensive data analysis, discern trends, monitor performance metrics, and generate insights for decision-making.

• Develop project plans, establish success metrics, track milestones, and ensure team alignment on priorities and outcomes.

• Recognize challenges, assist in formulating solutions, and contribute to the improvement of organizational processes.

• Produce reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate progress, insights, and results to leadership.

• Collaborate with go-to-market, product, engineering, and data science teams.

• Take ownership of impactful tasks and play a role in Turing’s growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate-level position; a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.

• At least three years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a similar role within a high-growth startup or consulting environment.

• Understanding of project management, business operations, or analytical tasks.

• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and guide decision-making.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and across various teams.

• Initiative, organizational skills, and the capacity to advance tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Strong academic background or proven excellence in a relevant discipline.
