This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Deliver technical support to customers through phone and onsite assistance.
β’ Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, software updates, machine modifications, retrofits, and preventive maintenance on production printing equipment.
β’ Carry out equipment installations, deinstallations, relocations, and training for customer operators.
β’ Follow up with clients post-installation to verify that expectations are fulfilled and the equipment is functioning correctly.
β’ Organize and oversee upcoming installations, ensuring site readiness by confirming requirements such as power availability, forklift scheduling, and RIP software compatibility.
β’ Execute service calls in accordance with company standards and service agreements.
β’ Assist clients with equipment-related inquiries and offer guidance on color management and production workflows.
β’ Acquire a working knowledge of Onyx software and RIP systems to aid customer print production environments.
β’ Engage in ongoing training programs to stay updated on products, software, and service procedures.
β’ Support sales teams by identifying opportunities for equipment upgrades and assisting with technical evaluations.
β’ Maintain precise service records and documentation.
β’ Thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.
β’ A minimum of 2β6 years of relevant field service experience.
β’ Experience in servicing and repairing wide format equipment and associated technology.
β’ Preference for candidates with experience using Canon wide format printing equipment.
β’ Familiarity with Onyx software and production RIP workflows is preferred.
β’ Strong knowledge of computer systems and networking.
β’ Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities.
β’ Robust mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
β’ Proficient understanding of Windows operating systems and related applications.
β’ Highly motivated individual capable of working independently from a home office.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel around 50% of the time, mainly across the Central and Eastern United States.
β’ Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
