This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee surveillance activities related to Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance claims.
• Execute ethical and professional investigative tasks through surveillance and data collection.
• Travel to various sites for investigations.
• Analyze and interpret comprehensive reports, including Police reports.
• Compose detailed surveillance reports in accordance with Company Standards.
• Review video footage to accurately prepare reports.
• Covertly document subjects without being noticed.
• Utilize Social Media effectively throughout the investigative process.
• Respond promptly and exercise sound judgment in surveillance situations.
• Collaborate with Regional Field Supervisors and Case Managers to enhance both client and investigator experiences.
• Must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise specified by State Licensure Laws.
• An Associate degree or relevant field experience is preferred.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Willingness to obtain investigator licensing in your home state is required.
• Experience as a Private Investigator is preferred or required as per the position description.
• Ability to conduct surveillance on Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance claims.
• Capability to remain in a vehicle or other stationary position for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to travel to various investigation sites via driving, walking, or public transportation.
• Capacity to maintain visual concentration for extended durations.
• Proficiency in navigating urban, rural, and indoor settings.
• Skill in reviewing and analyzing comprehensive reports, including Police reports.
• Competence in writing detailed surveillance reports in alignment with Company Standards.
• Ability to review video content to facilitate report preparation.
• Capability to discreetly document a subject without being detected.
• Proficiency in searching, locating, and utilizing Social Media effectively.
• Ability to respond swiftly and apply good judgment during surveillance activities.
• Knowledge of pretexting is advantageous.
• Ability to think creatively and outside conventional parameters.
