This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Ensure data integrity within the loan origination software while operating under general supervision.

• Collect and submit files to the underwriting team.

• Resolve loan conditions for final approval and forward files to the closing department.

• Process applications for underwriting submission.

• Collaborate with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s, and title companies.

• Scan and upload documentation into the loan origination system (LOS).

• Resolve loan conditions with applicants and maintain communication with loan officers.

• Assess credit, income, tax returns, and asset documentation.

• Undertake additional mortgage- or company-related tasks as directed by management.

• Uphold confidentiality regarding client files.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in reverse mortgage processing is required.

• Strong skills in time management and prioritization.

• Capability to meet deadlines consistently.

• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations.

• Above-average oral and written communication abilities.

• Excellent customer service and analytical skills.

• Intermediate proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Competence in managing multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.

• Professional demeanor with colleagues and supervisors.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Must maintain the confidentiality of client files.

• Candidates must not reside in MA, CT, or NH.
