Wholesale Operations Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Input and manage orders, oversee routing guides, and process payments.

• Generate items/queues across wholesale, retail, and marketplace platforms.

• Dispatch samples to retailers and representatives.

• Coordinate and execute daily payouts.

• Administer newsletters.

• Compile Excel reports and extract data for sales representatives throughout the US.

• Execute administrative duties to ensure a seamless order flow.

• Address ad hoc tasks as they arise.

• Immediate start required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a specialist in retail and wholesale operations / E-commerce experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school.

• Exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.

• Familiarity with word processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).

• Knowledgeable in online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).

• Proactive mindset and eagerness to receive training.

• Experience with QuickBooks, Shopify, Mirakl, Market Time, Amazon, and TikTok.

• Understanding of Accounts Payable processes.

• Experience in B2B (business to business) sales/wholesale.

• Experience in B2C (business to customer) sales/retail.

• Competence in marketplace management.

• Proficiency in newsletter management.

• USB headset equipped with noise-cancellation feature.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of no less than 10 Mbps.

• Availability for US work hours, 9 AM–6 PM Eastern Time, 40 hours per week.
