This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster robust relationships with wholesale partners to drive growth.
• Collaborate with major retail partners to comprehend their requirements, streamline end-to-end processes, and optimize business opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between wholesale partners and internal teams regarding new product launches, forecasting, shipping, and promotional activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement new product launches at wholesale partners.
• Work in conjunction with product development, marketing, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Create graphics and audit product pages to ensure content quality and optimization.
• Supervise wholesale shipments, order processing, purchase order distribution, and timely fulfillment.
• Assist with integration details and execution.
• Manage and maintain product catalogs across various retail partners and regions.
• Utilize AI tools and automated workflows for forecasting, data analysis, order processing, inventory distribution, and partner communication.
• Oversee marketing materials and product inserts.
• Develop onboarding frameworks for new retail partners and emerging channels.
• Analyze channel performance and devise strategies to enhance revenue for each account.
• Audit wholesale financial chargebacks in collaboration with the Accounting Team.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and identify opportunities for reporting automation.
• A Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in wholesale.
• Ideally, experience in consumer products or with large retail partners.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of securing wholesale revenue and ensuring accurate fulfillment.
• Experience in tracking campaign performance metrics such as CTR, conversions, engagement, and A/B testing.
• Capability to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable performance insights.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in reporting and an analytical mindset.
• Advanced skills in analytics tools and retailer portals, including Retail Link, Target POL, Vendor Central, Looker, and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
• Ability to influence teams across the organization.
• Capacity to think and respond in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
