This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategic direction and configuration for Dayforce systems across implemented modules, including Core HR and Time & Attendance.
• Manage the offshore HRIS Analyst directly, overseeing workload prioritization, quality assurance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Act as the final approver and escalation point for sensitive modifications, ambiguous situations, and intricate configuration choices.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT departments.
• Proactively communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs.
• Convert business requirements into appropriately scaled MVP solutions and plan for future enhancements.
• Oversee integrations and identity-provisioning challenges in collaboration with IT and Security teams.
• Ensure that critical interfaces have defined ownership, monitoring, and escalation procedures.
• Direct the testing processes for upgrades, releases, and the rollout of new modules.
• Ensure that defects are recorded, prioritized, and resolved within the established timeline.
• Maintain up-to-date requirements, configuration workbooks, and process maps that are practical for use.
• Support the global HRIS strategy for international entities currently utilizing HiBob, while determining suitable Dayforce integration or data-source methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Dayforce administration and configuration.
• Demonstrable ownership of at least one complete Dayforce implementation.
• Experience in managing or mentoring direct reports, preferably remote or offshore teams across different time zones.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management among HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT sectors.
• Capacity to convert unclear business requirements into actionable MVP-first technical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Dayforce reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Experience in supporting complex workforce environments, such as multi-location, high-volume, or multi-entity settings.
• Solid understanding of core HR, payroll, and timekeeping processes and their connection to system configuration and data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preferred: experience overseeing Dayforce from implementation to stabilization and optimization.
• Preferred: experience managing offshore or global-capability-center team members.
• Preferred: familiarity with integrations, interfaces, SSO/identity provisioning, or data migrations.
• Preferred: experience with formal UAT/regression testing and defect tracking.
• Preferred: background in healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or other regulated high-volume environments.
• Preferred: experience with various HRIS platforms, including HiBob or similar systems.
