Licensing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete licensing processes for BCBAs and RBTs, encompassing submissions, renewals, and updates across various states and jurisdictions.

• Keep track of licensing regulations and changes relevant to behavioral health professionals.

• Revise internal procedures to ensure adherence to state boards and regulatory bodies.

• Supervise an offshore licensing team tasked with application preparation, submissions, and follow-ups.

• Address and respond to licensing inquiries and guidance requests from BCBAs, RBTs, and support personnel.

• Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality standards throughout licensing activities.

• Spearhead workflow optimization and process enhancement initiatives to decrease turnaround times and enhance provider satisfaction.

• Collaborate with product, provider success, compliance, HR, finance, and other departments.

• Adjust to changing responsibilities and projects as Finni Health expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in licensing, credentialing, or compliance roles within the healthcare sector.

• Strong grasp of state licensing requirements and multi-jurisdictional licensing for BCBAs and RBTs.

• Extensive knowledge of licensing processes, common obstacles, and best practices for remediation.

• Capability to manage application submissions, renewals, and updates on a large scale.

• Proficient in analyzing complex licensing data and implementing data-driven solutions.

• Proven expertise in improving processes within licensing workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and licensing/credentialing management tools.

• Experience with EHR or RCM platforms is advantageous.

• Strong alignment with Finni Health's mission.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, rapidly growing startup environment.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• Must have over 5 years of specialized experience in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment.

• Experience in mental health or behavioral health is preferred.

• Familiarity with managing Medicaid payer credentialing.
