Engagement Delivery Manager – Slack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Guide engagements through the complete Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle: Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, Scale, Monitor & Control.

• Assist customers in launching and enhancing their use of Slack, focusing on the adoption of Slack AI.

• Collaborate with Enterprise clients to define scope, objectives, and measures of success.

• Develop strong relationships with senior clients and offer strategic advice on delivery execution and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Continuously enhance delivery methodology programs by integrating AI-driven delivery practices.

• Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery; manage significant issues and risks effectively.

• Work across various functions to provide the necessary resources, including AI tools, for each engagement.

• Assist customers in expanding Slack through integrations with Salesforce offerings like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience for the role of Engagement Delivery Manager, or 10-12+ years for the Senior Engagement Delivery Manager position, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services.

• 5+ years of program management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with, or the ability to quickly learn, the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI product capabilities.

• Exceptional leadership, energy, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams, including comfort in presenting and discussing matters at the C-level.

• Proven ability to creatively approach a modern, AI-enabled delivery organization.

• Demonstrated success in resolving issues and risks collaboratively and across functions.

• Confidence in building relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Natural curiosity, a passion for learning, and a practice of sharing knowledge.

• Strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion, while also knowing when to seek assistance.

• Familiarity with Salesforce products and their integration with Slack is advantageous, although not mandatory.
