This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the revenue performance lifecycle for a designated region, encompassing enrollment through to payment.
• Supervise Claims Leaders and maintain responsibility for the outcomes within the region.
• Enhance reimbursement results, increase first-pass resolutions, reduce denials, and streamline the authorization-to-payment cycle.
• Direct accounts receivable strategies, decrease aged receivables, and avert revenue losses.
• Ensure adherence to revenue requirements outlined in state contracts.
• Manage payer escalation processes and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Recognize denial patterns and systemic risks in reimbursement.
• Collaborate on cross-functional strategies to eliminate payment obstacles.
• Create and oversee regional revenue projections.
• Enhance forecast precision through diligent monitoring and variance assessments.
• Implement standardized practices for revenue governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance on initiatives aimed at expanding margins.
• Unify Enrollment, Authorizations, Billing, Claims, and Accounts Receivable into a seamless revenue workflow.
• Lead the planning of corrective actions and maintain a standardized revenue cycle playbook.
• Develop Claims Leaders by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, providing training, and enhancing capabilities.
• Encourage operational discipline, drive continuous improvement, and establish standardized practices.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience within the revenue cycle.
• Proven track record of enhancing accounts receivable performance and executing strategies to reduce denials.
• Experience in leading multi-tiered teams within a complex, multi-state framework.
• Strong financial insight and proficiency in forecasting.
• Experience in environments governed by government funding or regulations (preferred).
• Background in scaling revenue operations in fast-growing organizations (preferred).
• Proficient in business intelligence and reporting tools, such as Power BI (preferred).
