This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop and maintain robust client relationships through proactive engagement, customized communication, and personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams to ensure cohesive client service.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal business units, addressing issues from initiation to resolution.
• Provide dealers with insights on sales performance utilizing industry trends, vehicle valuation data, and market analysis.
• Guide clients on effectively using the company’s tools and inform them about marketplace policies.
• Address customer care concerns promptly and professionally.
• Deliver customized advice on executing clients’ wholesale strategies.
• Enhance VIN-level success and reduce client account churn.
• Evaluate market insights and data to formulate account recommendations.
• Support Vehicle Condition Specialists in capturing, inspecting, and listing off-site wholesale inventory.
• Engage daily with Trade Desk Consultants regarding regional units.
• Coordinate with auction teams on the transfer of vehicles between digital and physical sales channels.
• Provide weekly updates on client activities and opportunities.
• Log client interactions in Salesforce.
• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Alternatively, any level of degree/certification beyond a High School diploma/GED in a related area.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Wholesale Specialist is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational abilities are required.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail are necessary.
• Ability to establish strong business relationships is required.
• Problem-solving and de-escalation abilities are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• 5 years of experience in a related field may substitute for a diploma or certification.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
• No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship will be provided now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time.
• Minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month.
