Wheel Repair Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Restore damaged alloy wheels at customer sites, including residences, workplaces, and automotive shops.

• Engage with local accounts and clients to foster and maintain strong relationships.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records of work performed.

• Uphold an acceptable driving record in line with company standards.

• Ensure the vehicle, equipment, and work area are clean and well-organized.

• Operate vehicles and equipment safely in accordance with company policies.

• Employ advanced techniques for wheel reconditioning at customer locations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects weighing up to 75 lbs.

• Proficient in operating various hand and power tools.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Experienced in providing “best in class” customer service.

• Excellent verbal communication abilities.

• Automotive and/or technical experience is advantageous.
