Werkstudent Business Operations – Managed Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Working as a working student in Business Operations within the Managed Services team

• Participating in long-term projects with the same client for a minimum of 1 year

• Contributing to impactful client assignments within KPMG

• Supporting critical non-core business processes of clients using people, technology, and data

• Taking responsibility within a project that has a long-term and large-scale impact

• Collaborating within the Managed Services community and with clients

• Engaging in coaching and training sessions that align with the project

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree with excellent results, for example in business administration, public administration, management, economics, or law

• Minimal to no relevant work experience

• Work experience in the public sector is a plus

• Availability of at least 32 hours (4 days a week)

• Strong communicator and confident in professional settings

• Personal drive to effectively investigate and address problems in a timely manner

• Motivated team player with good communication and social skills

• Entrepreneurial, structured, and results-oriented attitude

• Fluent in both Dutch and English
