This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain websites with a primary emphasis on Webflow and WordPress.

• Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code while minimizing unnecessary scripts, elements, and code bloat.

• Ensure websites are fast, responsive, and optimized for performance across various devices.

• Implement SEO-friendly development practices, including a clean site structure, semantic HTML, and crawlable page architecture.

• Create websites with marketers in mind, ensuring pages and structures are easy to optimize, edit, and scale.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that impact website speed, structure, SEO, and functionality.

• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to support SEO, paid media, analytics, and conversion objectives.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that websites are technically sound prior to launch.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail across layout, functionality, responsiveness, and technical implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidate must be based in the Philippines.

• Proven experience in developing websites using Webflow and WordPress.

• Strong expertise in Webflow is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary web development principles.

• Solid understanding of technical SEO and Google-friendly website architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to create fast-loading websites without unnecessary code or technical bloat.

• Strong comprehension of website performance, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong quality-control orientation.

• Ability to grasp how website structure and development influence marketers, SEO, and conversion rates.

• Capable of working independently, troubleshooting issues, and making sound technical decisions.

• Availability to align with Australian business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM, Monday to Friday.

• Must disclose any ongoing roles or client work.

• Must reflect this engagement on LinkedIn, clearly marked as “Independent Contractor.”
