This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the backend architecture design and development of the Web3 market system, covering real-time data collection, cleaning, aggregation, storage, and distribution for on-chain prices, DEX pool data, order books, transaction flows, and K-line data.
• Build a low-latency, high-throughput, horizontally scalable real-time computation link to ensure stability, consistency, and timeliness of market data in high-concurrency scenarios.
• Design and implement real-time data push services using WebSocket / gRPC Streaming to support the consumption of real-time market data by frontend, strategies, and trading operations.
• Responsible for the overall design and implementation of the on-chain data platform, creating a complete data pipeline from node access, block parsing, event decoding to structured storage.
• Parse and decode blocks, transactions, and event logs, including Log Decode, Trace parsing, and internal transaction reconstruction, transforming raw on-chain data into structured data.
• Abstract multi-chain data models, develop a general parsing framework and data assets to support upper-layer businesses such as market data, trading, wallets, and prediction markets.
• Establish real-time data monitoring and alerting mechanisms, covering key indicators such as node health, data latency, data integrity, and parsing anomalies.
• Over 5 years of backend development experience, proficient in either Java or Go, with a preference for those familiar with Java.
• For Java: 3 years of practical experience, knowledge of JVM tuning, concurrent programming, and mastery of the Spring ecosystem.
• For Go: 3 years of practical experience, expert in concurrent models (Goroutine / Channel), standard library, and popular frameworks (Gin / Go-zero / Gorm).
• Proficient in microservices architecture and distributed system design, including message queues, distributed locks, circuit breakers, rate limiting, and idempotent design.
• Mastery of SQL / NoSQL database optimization, familiarity with Redis cache design, and Kafka asynchronous processing.
• Experience in deploying real-time computing systems, understanding of state management, backpressure, fault tolerance, and Exactly-Once mechanisms; experience with Akka or Pekko, Reactor, Project Reactor, RxJava, Redis Stream.
• At least 3 years of Web3 development experience, understanding blockchain fundamentals such as consensus, P2P, and gas/transaction fee models, as well as transaction processes and contract interaction mechanisms.
• Familiar with EVM and Solana; preference given to those knowledgeable about Move / Sui.
• Experience with on-chain data platforms, market systems, or similar data platform projects, familiarity with Log Decode, ABI parsing, Trace / Internal Tx processing, and leading development of multi-chain data model abstraction or general parsing frameworks.
• Led the architectural design and implementation of medium to large backend systems or data platforms from inception to completion.
• Strong learning ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, blockchains, and protocols while assessing business value and implementation paths.
• Regularly use AI Coding Agents for development, with corresponding engineering documentation.
• Practical experience in building Agent Harness and writing Skills / Prompts.
• Understanding of concepts such as MCP, Tool Use, RAG, and Eval, along with their engineering implementation boundaries.
• Bonus: Experience in real-time and offline big data computing (Flink, Spark, Storm, etc.), familiar with Lambda / Kappa architecture.
• Bonus: Experience in maintaining DEX pool states, price calculations, and market aggregation related to DEX (Uniswap V2 / V3, Curve, Raydium, Orca, etc.).
• Bonus: Experience with MEV, Mempool listening, and frontrunning protection.
• Bonus: Experience in implementing time-series databases (TimescaleDB, Druid, ClickHouse) in market scenarios.
• Bonus: Experience in developing internal tools, Skill libraries, and Agent workflows around AI Coding.
