Senior Operations Specialist, Web3 Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Evaluate intricate Web3 security scenarios and identify recurring attack patterns to develop and maintain detailed SOPs.

• Proactively detect deficiencies in existing operational workflows and suggest systematic enhancements to improve the team’s overall effectiveness.

• Collaborate with AI agents to distill security insights into a high-quality knowledge repository, thereby enhancing the team’s collective intelligence and operational efficiency.

• Remain proactive in understanding emerging fraud techniques and the evolving logic of Web3 products, converting these insights into actionable defense strategies for the team.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and strategy teams to automate detection rules from manual analyses.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in anti-fraud, risk management, or blockchain-related domains; demonstrated capability to tackle complex issues through a structured and methodical approach.

• Proficient at breaking down complex scams or technical exploits into clear, logical steps. While deep coding skills are not essential, a strong aptitude for technical logic and user-flow sequences is required.

• A quick learner with a keen interest in AI. You should be familiar with utilizing and optimizing AI tools to scale your output and enhance the quality of the team’s data.

• Able to produce clear, professional documentation and communicate effectively within a global team setting.

• Knowledge of DeFi, Wallet products, and the unique security challenges present in the Web3 ecosystem.
